Béton Seal is a High-Performance Concrete Sealer that is silicate-based which penetrates deep into the surface of concrete, chemically reacting with the free lime to form a hardened, waterproofed, and dust-free layer. Unlike surface coatings, it strengthens the concrete from within, providing long-lasting protection without altering the natural look of the floor. The coverage rate of Béton Seal depends on the surface type and porosity: Well-compacted & troweled surface (smooth, dense concrete): 5–7 m² per liter per coat. More porous or a rough surface (poorly compacted, or absorbent concrete): 3–5 m² per liter per coat. For best results, always apply two coats, allowing proper drying between applications.
